What to expect

A weekend built for collectors, kids, and the curious

Whether you've been hunting specimens for decades or you're walking in for the first time, the show is built so there's something to take home — a story, a stone, or a new club friend.

Dealers

Tables from regional and visiting vendors — minerals, fossils, lapidary supplies, jewelry, and books.

Exhibits & displays

Curated cases from members' personal collections. Always something rare, weird, or wildly beautiful.

Live demos

Cabbing, faceting, and other hands-on demonstrations from working lapidaries.

Kids' activities

Grab bags, identification help, and a welcoming space for young rockhounds and scouts.

Getting there
The Seminary sits along State Route 315 between Wilkes-Barre and Scranton — easy access from I-81 (exit 175) and the PA Turnpike Northeast Extension.

Admission

$3 general admission. Free for children, scouts, and uniformed service members. Cash accepted at the door.

We welcome regional dealers in minerals, fossils, lapidary supplies, and rockhounding-related goods. Tables are limited and tend to fill early — reach out before the new year to be considered for the next show.
